So I had the idea of eating like a hobbit once a year and looked around for an existing celebration. Apparently there is a Tolkien Week which is the week containing September 22nd, that day being the day of the long awaited birthday of Bilbo and Frodo. As I will have a MAC at the time (as will a couple others who could join in) I offer to host a most splendid party beginning with breakfast and ending with supper that night. Any who come may exchange gifts like charms, small instruments (watch out for the ocarinas though), or other heartfelt trinkets. Optimally you may remove your socks and go barefoot (removing shoes is not an option though). Who's In?
Edit: Before any possibility of it arises, you will be checking drama in at the door, lest you risk one of the nicest guys you know(well mostly) becoming severely fed up with you.

I'm even off that day! Matt and I are very much interested. Matt's dog is even named Strider. When I asked jokingly if he'd wanna be Aragorn and Arwen, he said only if Adem was Frodo and I was his "cover". Cause, y'know, Aragorn totally wants to cuddle with Frodo. "Let me rub your hairy feet, for carrying such a burden" ...
