If there is time, we could bring up the subject of website and forums hosting, since I don't want Aaron to pay for it out of his own pocket.

Also, we'll need to reimburse Ian for his payments for the last year. That'll be 45 dollars (rounded up). We can figure that out at a later date, but I figured I'd mention it so I wouldn't forget.

I think we need to discuss where we're going to be having the meetings at for the summer; we've got a pretty good drive going right now, so we need to be sure to transition into a new location quickly & easily.

Agreed, as well as the date and location of the convention. The sooner we get these down on paper, the better for us in the long run.

Alright. So, I went to said park. Twice. I got out and looked around for everyone. Twice. No one was there. So... where on earth was everybody? I was assuming that the Valley of the Moon Park was the one on Arctic/ 17th, but I didn't see anybody.

I'm not angry or anything, just completely and totally confused. O.o

(Also, as my question pertains to the staff meetings, I assumed that this would be the appropriate place to ask, but, we all know what assuming does, right?)

I am so so sorry There were a lot of distracting noise and children around everywhere that we all opted to move it to Dennys. I was hoping we had been able to reach everybody I am sorry we weren't able to convey you the message in time.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this (and possibly even many future) meetings, despite requesting Saturdays off from work. :?

And that is the same Denny's as last time?

Yes there is only one Denny's now (since the one on Dimond closed, and it is across from Carrs, Sears mall on Denali. )

I also expect more adult behavior this time around.

See you all there.

Actually, I think there is one Denny's on the east side by Costco on Debarr Road.
