All applicants must be 18 + to apply. Should an applicant be chosen for a managerial position they are required to have an assistant(s) of their choosing, pending assistant applications and interviews.
In addition, applications for manager and coordinator positions are required to have held a staff or volunteer position with Senshi Con for 1 year prior to applying. Exceptions can be made if the applicant provides a resume listing relevant skills and experience for the position they are applying for. Applicants can use work, school, community service, and club activities as experience for the position.
The position of Convention Director is selected by the Board of Directors of Senshi Corporation. All other positions are chosen by the Convention Director.
